Background: Two boys in a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) competition held at my school; the one in the foreground is Nathan (same as the knight series) and the other, I think, is named Ryan. They're both incredible at the game, but Nate won. For the uninitiated, DDR at the higher levels is ... not like dancing. It's like running. As fast as you can, as hard as you can, obeying an incredible set of directions for very, very specific steps. Afterwards, these kids are plastered with sweat and completely, utterly out of breath. The effort and skill required for 'heavy' level work is comparable to a sport like soccer or football, but more strenuous. (I am not kidding.)

'Art'-type comments: I've wanted a photo slow-shutter shot of folks playing this game for ages. Finally got it. The background is too bright (GAR to those lights), the watchers are too in focus, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. Might edit it more extensively later.

Editing: Cropped + shrunk in GraphicsConverter (yay Macintosh), mucked with brightness/saturation/hue some, but I tried to keep the intensity and color intact.

PS: I know I haven't updated in awhile... new camera, new computer, computer died, computer fixed... lots of stuff going on. But I wanted to put this one through, because I like it despite the annoying lights...
